21 year old boy, looking for accommodation for Erasmus in Budapest

Hello!
My name is Wout, and I will be going on Erasmus next academic year to Budapest. I will need accommodation in Budapest for 5 months: from February 2021 to June 2021.
I like my privacy :) so I want an apartment/studio, where everything is private: bathroom, living room, kitchen, ... Kitchen is preferably fully equipped. I would prefer a spacious studio/apartment, and if possible a washing machine. If that's not the case, but everything else is good then that won't be a problem.
I also want the accommodation to be in a good neighbourhood, I prefer the Jewish Quarter (erzsébetváros). But once again, if it is in the city center but not the Jewish Quarter, it will be ok.
Maximum price (including bills) is €550, or just a little bit higher. But €600 is a little too much.
