20 year girl, looking for room/apartment in Budapest

I am looking for the room/apartment 250(~300)euro max.(everything included). I am a sophomore student in BGE, coming from Italy. I am organized, responsible and tend to keep the environment clean. Would be really great if the accomodation has a baclony or good lightning!
