2 serbian girls searching for flatmate from Jan/Feb, we already have apartment

Heey, we are 2 serbian girls searching for new flatmate. Our apartment is in city cente, close to all universities since it's near to all metro stations and main tram. Apartment is huge and there are living room+3 separate rooms. 

We are looking for girl, however, guy is okay too. Someone who is clean, organized and respectful. We are both students and we work. Due to busy schedule we don't party often, but we still can't say no to a good party.
