18 years old boy, looking for a flat in Budapest, with neighbor.

I am a social person, but not too talkative. I dont smoke. I do not set any parties at home because I dont like cleaning SOMEONES mess. I need a normal neighbor who whould share home work with me. I am very open boy and ready to give a hand to anybody. I would like to have a flat close to the center of Budapest. I do not want to live alone as it is expensive for a student, so I want to share the flat with someone else. Flat has to have all kitchen facilities and washing machine, that is the main things and bed of course)) It should not be far away. I really love when the house is clean, so do not be afraid to give a flat for a rent to me.
