Hello, i am Guillaume. I'm leaving my flat the 20th of december. As i must pay my rent until January beacause of the contract, i'm looking for somoene in under rental. The rent is 270€ + approximatively 60€ of extra cost. The flat is share by 4 roomate, you will be with a Dutch, a German and the last one is from Thailand. The flat is very nice, a cleaning person comes twice a month, it's at 1min from the parliament so the neighborhood is very nice. The room is not very big, with a a single bed, but very charming.
