ICT Junior System Administrator (Brussels, Belgium)

(For students in Helpdesk support, computer setup, server maintenance). To do an internship with us you need an Internship Agreement (sometimes called "Training" or "Learning" agreement) with a university.

• Place: 55 Rue des Anciens Etangs 1190 Brussels.

• Length: 3 or 6 months period. To start as soon as possible.

• Salary: The student / graduate student must apply for an European scholarships (eg: Erasmus Internships).The trainee will receive a financial contribution in kind of his/her traineeship: 200€/month.

Description of the Company: Small ICT company of 4 employees with a good spirit and open minded. We are providing full support to small and medium business in terms of Hosting, Hardware, Software, Exchange, Telecom and domain management. What we don’t provide in the IT, we have partners which will be able to provide it. Our goal is to be able to answer any question of our clients in the IT Field. Because we are a small company, our employees have very different tasks to do and thus learn a lot.

Tasks: The trainee would be trained to become ICT Technician which implies:

• Remote support given to our clients regarding their issues on their computer or on their hosted remote session (we have our own Datacenter infrastructure).

• Installation and repair of clients computers in our office.

• Remote Creation/ Modification/ Backup/removal of users in the clients IT infrastructure (usually under windows 2008R2 or Windows 2012R2).

• Remote maintenance of the servers in our datacenter and of the clients servers.

• Various troubleshooting.

Skills: Windows Environment deep understanding (Knows shares management, security folder management, user management, setup of Windows, networking principles).

Knowledges: IT Technician studies.
