Today, we teach languages to children and adolescents between 3 and 18. We have always considered complementary activities as enjoyable and fun way to support the language learning process. These activities also take place at the language centre, with the same instructors. We select the activities with great care, and make sure that besides being fun, they add considerable educational value. They include cooking, first aid, golf, sciences and music, sports and art.
Tasks: Assist coordinators in the organization of language courses during the year and the summer holidays. Your role will be to inform customers, answer the phone, provide information on language courses, send documentation, manage registrations, confirmations and encodings. You will welcome guests and students at the reception and children during the day. You will participate in course promotion (labelling, preparation of brochures and mailings, internet ads, contacting schools and clients). Your tasks also include managing coordination, preparing rooms, equipment and educational resources, and to transfer groups of children and adolescents to the centers.
