New to Brussels , 17 years old , French

I like to have a place within the centre of Brussels, dont mind to share or in student house. No bet and like to be close to gym if possible. Little kitchen will be very useful , clean and hygienic is important to me, I am studying business administration and in my first year. looking for accoumdation that is reasonable in case st not more than euro 500 per month. Low floor. If with also fresh students would be better. I don't mind any nationalites and ethnics very much open to be mixed with multi cultural sarounding
