Female student looking for accommodation in Brussels

I am a femal student and I will be attending a 3-year degree course starting in 2016. I will be studying music, so I will be practicing music instruments a lot. A roommate might not like this, so it will be better if I can find accommodation for myself only. I prefer a furnished studio/flat, preferably with refrigerator and washer. I would also prefer a flat with elevator or on a lower level, as my harp is quite big.
