Am a 25 years old guy with no pet, looking for accommodation close to Hasselt University

Am a 25 years guy from Ghana, gained admiision in Hasselt university to persue a full masters program. Am fun loving person, not a smoker, drink occasionally, have no pet, love to mix studies/work, tolerant, ready to learn other cultures. Am looking for a shared accommodation with internet available for the first semester starting in september 2015, I prefer a roommate aged between 20 - 26, one who doesnt smoke, Not drink too much of alcohol, not a racist and highly sociable.
