A low cost place to stay in Brussels with a roommate or not

I am a convinient person. I just want to stay somewhere with a roomate or by myself that i will pay 350e per month plus and all included. I know that it will be hard to find but i need something with a low cost. I want to have heating and hot water!
it would be great if it has wi fi internet, too.
