4 students from India looking for accommodation in/around Brussels for three months

Hello,
We are 4people from India who will be coming to Brussels on September 6th as part of student exchange at Louvain School of Management and we will be staying there till Dec 15th. But 90% of the time we will be traveling and exploring the Europe. Hence we want to make your place as base, just to drop by once in a while and relax. We will be traveling in groups, so you won't find not more than 2-3people occupying your place. One more thing to add, we want accommodation contract so that we can get residence permit from local townhall which allows us to travel out of Belgium. Can you please share your thoughts on this. Hoping for a positive response.
