30 year old Japanese American looking for a quiet roommate in Brussels

I'm looking for a nice, calm person (preferably a girl) to take a room in my apartment.  It's a small room but well furnished, and the apartment is well equipped.  The perfect roommate would be a young but serious university student or EU trainee.  This is for someone who has a small budget, but I believe that it's a great deal for 380e per month, for it's size, furniture, and all the facilities.  I live alone for the moment, and I'm a clean, hardworking American-Japanese and I'm a very friendly person.
