24 year old student (soon to be graduate) looking for a room in Brussels

I am an open minded person who likes to socialise with people and having a good time. I am looking for a room in an apartment with some nice people, who do not just live together, but are actually also like spending time together (does not mean 24/7 ;)).
I enjoy going out as much as I enjoy staying in for a relaxed evening, cooking or maybe just having a nice glass of wine together.
I am still a student, but will soon graduate (August). I want to move to Brussels to write my dissertation, learn some French and look for a job. So I am looking for a room at least until August 2016. My budget is 400 Euros bills included.
