24 year old student in VUB looking for accommodation for 1 year

      In addition to my academic pursuits, I am proud to say that I have acquired substantial and relevant to my studies, professional experience through several internships. First, I worked in one of the biggest real estate companies in Bulgaria – ‘Address’ Real Estate. As part of the marketing department my job consisted of analyzing and visualizing (providing graph and charts) the factors that motivate people to purchase properties and also verify input assumptions, such as gross revenue and operating expenses, to identify whether a property is a good purchase opportunity. This opportunity provided with specific skills such as valuing an investment property and presenting it to the buyer. The experience provided me with a first glance of how a major company functions on a daily basis and how important is the constant internal communication between the different project teams. This job also provided me with technical skills such as how to value an investment property and how to present it to a buyer. My second internship was in ‘3CON Communication &Advertisement’ – a public relations agency working with numerous Bulgarian and International companies helping them promote their activities and providing them with market research data. As an Assistant, I had the opportunity to attend numerous business meetings with the agency’s clients and witness first hand presentation and negotiation skills. This position has shaped me as a mature and independent individual and has immersed me in a genuine business-like setting. The working environments that I have been exposed to have demanded assiduous work, persistence, consistent determination, and, most importantly, the ability to balance school studies and working. Managing my time successfully between these two areas made me grow into a motivated person who pursues continuous advancement, both personally and professionally.
