23yo student [RU] looking for accomodation in Brussels for the first semester

Good morning everyone!
I'm a master student in mathematics; I'm coming to ULB, Brussels for the first semester: September 2020 — January 2021. I'm from Saint Petersburg, Russia. I'm looking for a place to live not too far from Faculty of Sciences, ULB.
Since EUR/RUB ratio is really embarrassing now, I can't afford more than 400 euros/month. Whoever I stay with, I promise to be quiet, to be very helpful doing chores and to drink tea in evenings together. :))
