22 year old male master's student looking for accommodation in Brussels

Looking for a space where I can come back from my classes or work and be calm and relaxed, and am able to study for long periods of time. Preferably with a shower and wc for myself. A student kot would be fine, so long as the facilities are furnished; but a single living space is preferred. My budget is 400euro/month, but am willing to be flexible around that price. Roommates wise, I would prefer to live alone but if need be, I would prefer them to be organized and of a similar age to mine.
