20 year old girl looking for a studio in Brussels

I will be studying translation in the Université Saint-Louis and would like accommodation in the Ixelles area. I would like an studio with bills included (water, gas, electricity, wifi, council tax etc.) I would like the studio to be furnished and with a separate room for the toilet and shower. I would like to stay from half way through August 2018 to the end of January 2019.
