19yo guy. Thinking about getting an appartment in Brussels with a roommate.

I'm 19yo (male), and am looking for a stay in brussels. My native language is Dutch, but I speak English pretty well. My French knowledge isn't that amazing. In Brussels, I'd pref to be situated somewhere in the center. But since I work in Tervuren somewhere more located towards Tervuren is also perfectly fine. I don't really have anything specific that I want my roommates to have except for being trustworthy, since, I'm going to leave all my stuff in my appartment :D . I'm out working or playing cards most of the days, so I shouldn't be too much of a problem indoors. I do however stay up late/come home late since I work late hours, I don't know if it will matter to you, but at least like this you know. Cya! 

PS: not something too expensive though, so around a maximum of 450 euros pp /month
