What is it like to live in Brussels? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Brussels is a great city to live in. It´s a very young city and people are usually very open to meeting foreigners. Besides, as Belgium is a small country you can visit other great cities like Antwerp or Bruges with just a 1 hour-train!

How much does it cost to live in Brussels?

I live with my parents so i have no idea about rents and stuff.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Brussels? Is there any advice you can give?

I have no idea but many youngsters share flats so it shouldnt be that difficult to find.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

The food is great. Belgian food is amazing, you can get a bit of everything. I really enjoy fish at restaurants because its always well cooked

What places would you recommend visiting in Brussels?

The centre of the city, the cinquantenaire, the sablon, the grand place.

Is it good to eat out in Brussels? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

La gazetta is a great cheap italian restaurant. The best belgian restaurants are le toucan, lola, la brasserie Georges.

Is the nightlife good in Brussels? Where is good to go?

All foreigners and many belgians go in the centre of the city next to the delirium bar.
