Yes definitely, I live there since I was 5.
It is a great city in expansion. People are very nice and the food amazing. Price ok for a capital! Easy to travel.

600€ rent for a room. More for more comfort.
Rest is ok half the price of London.

What advice would you give future students heading to Brussels?
Stay in Ixelles and Saint Gilles. Use metro. Meet people.
