How is student life in Brussels?

There's a warm atmosphere. It's a bit stressful for the first few days because everything is new but it only took me several days to adapt. Very good company.

Would you recommend the city and the university of Brussels to other students?

Certainly.

How is the country's food?

Very varied. For all tastes. Whether it's eating out or cooking for yourself, it's very good. Fresh ingredients. An ideal value for money for students.

Did you have any difficulty finding accommodation in Brussels?

No. The university helped me to find temporary accommodation for one semester. However, I liked it so much and was so used to it that I'm starting my second semester in the same accommodation.

How are living costs in Brussels?

Very affordable. It's very good for food and accommodation. There is still always money for shopping (maybe a bit too much shopping but well, you can never say no to the promotions in the shops).

How is learning the language? Did you go to any language courses organised by the university?

I didn't follow any languages.

Any advice to give to future students in Brussels?

Don't get too attached to Brussels. It's a magnificent city that you will find hard to leave.
