Looking for accommodation in Bristol

International student In France,  Aged 18 when coming for the next term with 2  roommates. We are looking for a 3 bedroomed and furnished accommodation close or not too far away from Bristol Universit Law School, with a budget ranging between 900 or lower to 1300 or 1400 all bills included. We can only visit in August, mid-August, and would like to request information on the potential fees, the bills/ rent to pay, the need of a guarantor, and how to book. We can’t visit/ enter the property before at least August or mid August however but if we could arrange some time to view the property via social media , we’d be glad.
