Brazilian girl looking for accommodation in Breda

Hello! My name is Nina, and I'm a Brazilian student who's going to spend the first semester of 2018 in Breda, studying in AVANS University. I'm looking for a place to stay, and roomates to share it with.

I'm a very positive, cheerful person. I love meeting new people, and I tend to make friends quickly. I like cooking and baking, and I clean up after myself when I do. I can get a bit messy sometimes, but the mess is confined to my room, and I'm more than willing to share responsability with chores! I'm also pretty chill with messy, so if that's your thing, no worries. I'm a quiet housemate in general, but I do love playing music most of the time. I love animals and although I won't be taking any pets with me when I move in, I don't mind living with them. 

I'm looking for a roomate who helps me keep the place clean, and who is respectful of me when I'm busy studying or trying to sleep (it's a two-way street, after all!). I'd prefer to share a place with someone who respects my space, but who is not shy about chatting and making friends with me. I have some friends that live in Europe, or who are going on the same exchange program as I am, so I'd prefer to live with someone who doesn't mind it if I invite friends to stay a couple of days at my place (since I intend to couch surf, and I'd like to offer the same priviledge to others). Of course, I'd also be cool if you want to bring someone over as well! I'm willing to share with pretty much anyone, but it'd be amazing if I had the chance to live with someone from a different culture as me. I don't smoke, but I don't mind if you do!

As far as places go, I'd like somewhere comfortable to live. It doesn't need to be big or anything, but having water, electricity, gas and internet access included in rent is preferrable. I need somewhere already furnished. I don't mind living a bit further from the university, and I'd prefer it if rent cost from 370-470 euro (which is the price range for the student accomodation provided by AVANS). I won't be able to leave Brazil to look at rooms to stay, but I have a few friends who are currently in Breda who could do so for me, if needed.
