23 year old positive guy,looking for accomodation

YO YO YO, I am looking for a room to rent from September.
here are some basic things about me:
My name Is Arie, I'm 23
I'm from Ashdod city, Israel. living right next to the beach, also working at a beach restaurant right in front of the waves.

besides being a super waiter, I also dance Salsa and a bit of Bachata.
Although you might think I listen to Latin music all day all night, I actually almost never listen to Latin music.
I prefer Hip Hop/Trap style, old-school, jazz and R&B.

I am very POSITIVE and open minded person, I can't stand people that always bring negative energies and always speak how much they hate this and that. Please start smiling more if you this kind of person.

HUMOR is my fuel and I see laughter as a way of life. If you are one of those people who are always very serious and almost never gets to laugh and if you care too much what others think of you - chances are we will have some struggles.

GYM-LIFE - I train 3 days a week and Nutrition is kind of important to me so I would love some roomates that think the same way but I don't really care that much.
basically I am more extroverted and I prefer going out with friends rather than staying at home all day(unless it is a LOL evening or something).

Right now, MUSIC production and DJ'ing is something I am willing to work on, I am a beginner so if I could find some people that have some knowledge about FL studio or something related- that could be awesome. (by the way that does not mean I am going all in on this, I am just wondering for now)
