Short Term Accommodation - Internship

I am doing my Internship at TU Braunschweig and I need an accommodation for 3 months to finish my course. I dont mind the roommates however I need a clean room with no smoking or drinking allowed. I am doing my course in Chemical Engineering and I would like to pursue my Phd after doing my Bachelors.
