PPC specialist

We are looking for smart native-Romanian wishing to work in a young team to help us with PPC campaigns for our clients expanding on the Romanian market. Most important is to be initiative and "loving numbers" :). 1: 1 approach and work on great projects are granted.

Currently, we work with e-commerce clients that are in Romania expanding their e-shop sites and therefore we need the best people to capitalise on the potential of the market. Our acceleration means that we forge the business plan with our client/partner for each market and than we execute it.
Usually we serve as Marketing Manager for particular client so we respond directly to the owners and we have huge autonomy when delivering business results in particular market. Thats why we need very clever people also with Romanian background.

Its position for PPC specialist - that will create and manage PPC campaings.

We are looking for either senior, that has experience with AdWords and PPC campaigns or a junior that is willing to learn it :)

PPC and online marketing is based on ability to express your USP effectively, in interesting way and mainly shortly (sometimes you have just 25 characters). Understanding that analyzing PPC campaigns is important not only from the point of view of specialist but also from customer point of view.

One of the key is to always remember three main advantages that makes you better than a competitor. Do you want to be great at choosing right CTA? Do you have Google AdWords and analytics certificates - if not, are you willing to get them?

• To plan and design PPC campaigns for big brands and interesting e-commerce players - in your native language - Romanian
• Sense for strategy will be bonus you will gain working for us
• Working on complex projects, when full service online marketing and cooperation of colleagues are priority.

• To find creative way how to improve and be better than competitor.

• To analyze and evaluate Google Analytics – optimization.
• To evaluate and be able to present results not only in front of boss but also client.
• To analyze existing campaigns and find out potential problems and come up with its improvements.
• To be in picture in the field of PPC trends, online marketing and learn how to be constantly improving.
