A scientist mom with a 5yrs old kid looking for room in Braganca

Coming for Erasmus doctorate short time stay, but have to take my little daughter with me, therefore need to find a room where people won´t mind it. We obviously need a place with non smokers - a room or simple studio with WIFI and no carpets, as we are both allergic.
Despite is looks impossible, I believe we will find a place and I can teach English in return as I am C2 English teacher in my freetime (for adults and kids). :-). We enjoy cooking, arts, music and fun.
