Customer Support (m/f) - Dutch and English

elly Services is now recruiting Dutch Customer Support (m/f) for an enterprise situated in Braga.

You will work as Customer Support, dealing with customers over the phone, email & chat,  and help them to overcome the question/doubt that leads them to contact the customer service line, so they can have more and reach to that better. Profile: 
• Excellent fluency in written and spoken Dutch (eliminatory);
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong customer orientation;
• Flexible and committed.
