Looking for an apartment and mates in Braga

Hello, I am an Erasmus student in 2013/14, first semester in Minho University. I am 21, girl and looking for mates and an apartment which is not very far away from the university.(a flat with average price) I was informed that the university will assist me about accomadation when I get to Braga, but I think finding an apartment and mates before getting there would be much more better.
