50 years old man looking for a roam for the month of June

I am a 50 years old male. Will spend a period of one moth at the University of Minho on an exchange program. I am looking for a furnished roam with utilities, kitchen, laundry, private bath roam and access to internet. The roam should be within a walking distance from the University of Minho. No dogs please, I am allergic to dogs. I prefer that my roamate not to be a smoker
