How to have a TUB's card?

Braga's city has a great public transportation system to its citizens.

TUB are Braga's urban Transports.

Each single ticket costs a euro and half, but we could get a monthly card which, in a lot a cases, might compensate.

At the moment, there are three sets of parts in the city (Coroa 1, Coroa 2 and Coroa 3). Having Coroa 1's card, which is the cheapest, we could go to the most important parts of the city for less than 20 euros, which is a very affordable price.

• We could go to University, the center, Braga's Park, "Nova Arcada", the Stadium, the Train Station, among others.

A simple card can be bought for 1 euro but monthly cards are 3 euros plus the expense I mentioned earlier.

A regular student pays 18 or 20 euros, a student with a scholarship pays 12 euros or for free, in some cases.

There is na app, called TUB mobile, that helps helps to organize when it comes to schedules, bus stops and availability in special days, like the "White Night" in Braga.

There are six places where you can purchase them:

• Minho's University
• Bus Station
• Train Station
• "Rechicho"
• "Largo dos Penedos"
• "Praça Conde de Agrolongo"

The card has a Citizen Card's photo (in colour), since we have to present it while buying it.

The buses are usually very punctual, which helps to better anticipate our daily life.
