STRATEGY AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION INTERNSHIP

Who are we?

Simple and New is a consulting firm specialising in strategy and digital transformation. We pride ourselves on accompanying our

clients throughout the process, working at a pace that suits them in order to achieve visible, notable change and supporting them in

the face of new digital challenges. This approach has allowed us to develop a strong partnership with significant names in the retail,

sports and luxury sectors.

In addition to our strategic projects, we’re also experts in the digital sector. We’ve developed two software programs:

- Simple Planner: a management tool to aid the launch of new products.

- Simple Retail: a program aimed at simplifying CRM operations at the point of sale.

What will your role be?

The small size of our team means our consultants get fully involved in interesting projects, seeing them through to fruition.

As a consulting intern, you’ll accompany Simple and New as we grow. With the responsibilities of a fully-trained consultant, during

your internship you’ll be involved in several projects in direct relation with our clients.

On the strategic side, you will:

oAssist our consultants with their strategy projects.

oGet involved in the launch of new products.

oHelp with the redefinition of creative processes.

oHelp our clients with their international growth.

oHelp devise business development strategies.

With our digital projects, you’ll be involved in:

oThe development of new services for our clients’ accounts.

oImagining new digital tools and aiding their integration at our clients’ firms.

What profile are we looking for?

You’re a final year student at a business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP Europe, EDHEC, EM Lyon), engineering school (Polytechnique,

Central Supélec, Télécom Paritech, ESPCI Paris, Supaero) or a top university (Université Paris Dauphine, Sciences Po Paris). You’re

looking for your final internship prior to graduating, with a view to securing your first job, and you’ve previously completed an

internship in a consulting firm.

You’re methodical, good at summarising, proactive, organised and have an eye for detail. These qualities are essential in order to

ensure we continue to deliver quality projects.

Additionally, you’re curious, enthusiastic and interested in all things digital. You’ve got good interpersonal skills and an excellent

command of both oral and written communication.
