PhD student looking for accommodation in Bordeaux

I am looking for a resident in Bordeaux, I will to stay one year, and I am also looking for a Job. I want to learn French language in France, this the main purposes for moving there, secondly I am proceeding my PhD in English Language, so I am interested to stay in the area of my studies, not to be distant learner.
