looking for a roommate

Hey guys!
My friend Gabrielle and I both 21 and students of law and Political science at université Montesquieu Bordeaux 4 are looking for a third housemate from August 2013 to June 2014.
We are currently searching appartments in Bordeaux old city center and we need to find somebody before renting a flat. The price per people and per month will be 400 euros maximum which is great for the nice appartments in the center.
In order to intruduce ourselves, I would say we are normal french students, as we like going out, movies, eating and drinking wine, and we also like politics ( but it's a secret ). Yet, our studies require also being quite serious and hard-working sometimes! We will be please to make you discover our city and share experiences,
It might also be an opportunity for you to improve your French! Gabrielle did Erasmus so she speaks english fluently if there is any problem communication
