Czech student looks for an accomodation from January in Bordeaux

Hi, I am looking for an accomodation in Bordeaux, Quartier des Chartrons would be the best, but it's not a condition.
My studies in INSEEC will start in January and lasts to end of April, so I look for a 4 month rent with move-in around 1st January.
I am non-smoker, 22 years old and I look for a room only for me, to have quiet place for studying :)
I really appreciate any help :)
