33 yr old student looking for flatshare in Bordeaux centre

Hello from Toronto!/Salut de Toronto!

I am a 33 year old student from Canada coming to Bordeaux in late August/early September for a two year masters degree in wine-making.  Though the degree is two years, I'm looking for a minimum of 10 months (September - June) to start. I would like an apartment share in Bordeaux centre, from whence I can easily access the Talence campus by bus.  

About me: I love cooking (full size or 'American style' kitchen is ideal), singing, running and wine tasting.  I don't smoke and don't have pets, and would prefer the same for roommates.  For the past 9 years I've been working in Toronto and New York, so do not need a guarantor.  I'm also clean, easy going and friendly.

As I am currently in Canada for the summer, I will need to conduct all transactions until my arrival via internet or phone.  

Je suis un étudiant de 33 ans du Canada à venir à Bordeaux en fin Août / début Septembre pour une maîtrise de deux ans en vinification. Bien que le degré est de deux ans, je suis à la recherche pour un minimum de 10 mois (septembre à juin) pour commencer. Je voudrais un colocation dans le centre de Bordeaux, d'où je peux facilement accéder au campus de Talence en bus.

A propos de moi: j'aime cuisiner (une grande cuisine/cuisine americaine c'est bonne), chanter, courir et degustation de vin.  Je ne fume pas et je n'ai pas d'animaux; et je préfère même des colocataires. Pour les 9 dernières années, je travaille à Toronto et à New York, il ne faut pas besoin d'un garant. Je suis aussi très propre, facile et convivial.

Comme je suis actuellement au Canada pour l'été, je vais devoir mener toutes les opérations jusqu'à mon arrivée par e-mail, ou par téléphone.
