24 year old from Mallorca looking for accomodation in Bordeaux Sep-Oct

I'm a 24 years old boy from Mallorca, Spain, who will make a Traineeship in Neurocenter Magendie, Bordeaux during september and october, and I am looking for a room in a shared apartment or in a studio (but I would prefer a shared apartment). I would like to find the room near St Augustin district, but I could find it in any place near public transport that could take me there. I would like to stay with a non-spanish person to practice languages and learn about new cultures making new friends. 

I can pay up to 400 euros per month, and there wouldn't be troubles with the pays. I am quite quiet so you wouldn't have problems with the noise, tidy and I love to cook.
