21 year old Erasmus student looking for accommodation in Bordeaux

I am a 21-year old Erasmus student who is going to study in IEP Bordeaux for the first semester, that is hy I am looking for accommodation from September to December. I prefer to live close to the city centre and near tram stops. I speak decent French, so the ommunication in French will not be a problem for me. I am friendly and calm; I am not a noisy person and I m very easy-going. I am always cleaning and I like my room to be always tidy. I can cook and I really like my breakfast/lunch/dinner with my roommates. Therefore, I would like to live with people who are talkative and nice. :)
