20 year old guy looking for accommodation in Bordeaux, ideally around a 20 minute walk from the Université de Bordeaux Montaigne

20 year old guy from England studying for the first semester at Bordeaux Montaigne. I enjoy watching/playing most sports and want to explore Bordeaux during my short time there. Looking for roommates who are easy to get on with, who are clean, and who I am able to practice my french with (or other languages as I also study Italian and Spanish). Also enjoy music, good food and most probably wine by the end of my stay. I am looking for accommodation preferably not too far from the university, or potentially near a tram stop but not too strict on location unless it's very far away. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
