Hie, i am 23 old girl and looking for a accomodation. kindly help if anyone has any information

I am 23 old girl living in badhonnef. I am student from India.I am doing masters in International Management.I am looking for single room but it can be in a shared appartment or flat. I am a friendly person and know understable german i am seraching for the accomodation where there is facilities like Wifi and washing machine. For me it doesn't Matter the person nature. But he or she should be friendly to make new friends. My budget is upto 300 euro and need to shift urgently as ,my contract is expiring on 15 of august 2019.

For Me It is important to focus on studies ,to live in cleaned accomodation and to communicate with all.

I don't smoke and it doesnot matter to me whether my roomates smokes or not but yes i like partying. 

And mostly i want a contract for 1 year, so that can be easy for and a owner too.
