Looking for accommodation in Bolzano

I'm a male student at UNIBZ. I only speak English. Currently, I'm waiting to get my permesso before I could move to Madrid. So, I am looking for any type of accommodation for 1 or 2 months starting from September. It would be nice if it's still near the campus. For roommate, I prefer to have a non-smoker one.
