23-year-old mountain lover from Czechia, looking for accommodation for a study exchange in Bozen

I'm Maximilian, an incoming exchange student at the Faculty of Engineering, Free University of Bozen-Bolzano (NOI Techpark campus), coming from FCE BUT, Brno University of Technology, Czech Republic. My mobility period runs from 23 September 2026 to 13 February 2027.

Fun fact: I was actually born in Silandro, Val Venosta — grew up in the Czech Republic since then, so this semester feels a bit like getting to know my home region again after many years.

I'm looking for a single room in a shared flat or a small studio, ideally close to NOI Techpark or well connected by public transport, up to €600/month all-inclusive. I'm reliable, tidy, sociable, and respectful of shared spaces — big fan of the mountains (hiking, climbing, skiing, running), and happy to provide references from my landlord/university if needed.
