23 year old girl, currently live in France, looking for address for residence permit (not going to stay there)

Hello. I am a master student from Turkey. I need the address to get a student residence card in Bolzano. I'm currently living in France and I'm thinking of coming every two weeks or just for exams as I have few classes. I only need the address for the student residence card, can anyone help with this? I don't plan to stay at the address, I just need a 1-year contract with my name on it. Please, if anyone can help me with this, I would be very grateful if they contact me.
