Bolu is a small place. There aren't many places to party hard or drink alot of alcohol. So if you don't drink then you will be comfortable here.

How much does it cost to live in Bolu?

Bolu is a very average priced city. Not expensive like Istanbul.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Bolu? Is there any advice you can give?

There are many student dorms here. The only negative side is that the good dorms can be expensive.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Bolu is famous for chocolate, potatoes and chicken. You can find them anywhere

What places would you recommend visiting in Bolu?

Gölcük, Abant, Yedigöller are places that you must visit. Very beautiful places.

Is it good to eat out in Bolu? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

You can go to Bolpi restaurant but if you would like to be safe there are many fast food places like burger king

Is the nightlife good in Bolu? Where is good to go?

There isn't much nightlife. Very small place

What advice would you give future students heading to Bolu?

Be prepared for the winter. It gets very cold.
