Offering to swap my flat in Berlin for a room in Bologna

Hello! 

I am looking for someone who would like to sublet my beautiful flat in Berlin from September 2023 to the end of July 2024 in exchange for a room in Bologna, Italy. My flat consists of a living room with a balcony, a bedroom with a large bay window, a kitchen, bathroom and hallway. It is an 'Altbau' flat with wooden floors, some cornicing on the ceiling and south-facing windows. Given the size, it would be ideal for someone to live on their own or a couple but would not be available as a flatshare/WG. 

The flat is located in a very nice and green area of Wedding close to an U-Bahn, S-Bahn and tram and comes fully furnished, with wifi, TV, etc.

Regarding rent, this would depend on the location and quality of the room in Bologna that you could offer in exchange :) I am looking for a room anywhere within the city walls in Bologna and it would have to be available from the end of August/start of September 2023 until the end of July 2024.
