Looking for the apartment or studio for me and my friend to live together

I am a pleasant, easy-going, talkative and trustworthy girl who is looking for the flat to share with the friend. We are students of University of Tartu and are entering the Erasmus exchange program with UniBo. So, we are looking for something not so expensive and not so far from the University area. We want to have a flat if it is not so expensive, but having a room is also in favour for both of us.
