Looking for accommodation in Bologna for 2 semesters

I am an Australian, mature-age student, studying at the University of Bologna on exchange for the next year.  I’m looking for an apartment, a private room in a share place, or any similar situation that would be accepting of a middle-aged, active woman.  I'd like accommodation for the entire time if possible.  Previously, I have owned my own house and cared for home maintenance, cleaning, and gardening, as well as rented many places with an excellent tenancy record (reference available on request), and am extremely considerate and house-proud, am an excellent tenancy proposition.  My budget is ~€800/month total. 

According to my adult daughter, my characteristics are that I am “kind, caring, bold and humble.  She would never write any of this about herself.  She's also very neat and tidy, a good listener and hard working, and is looking to lead a quiet, studious, and active life during university term time, with a bit of exploration wherever it can be fitted.  She speaks Italian a little and is there to learn more, so native-speakers as flatmates or boarding-house owners would be no problem.  She is an excellent English speaker, fantastic teacher (in previous years, taught English as a foreign language in Norway, as well as care for children in France), and her most recent job title (held for the last 10+ years) is as a paralegal."
