Looking for a private room

Hi, I am Loli, will start my MA program from Jan. at Bologna BSS. 

I would like to rent a private room in a shared flat/dorm/apartment etc. during my one year study program. 

I am quite open-minded and flexible, like smiling and always full of sunshine and active energy. :) Like cooking and also quite clean girl. 

I don't smoke, also not alcohol person. I prefer non-smoking roommate but could accept it smoking friend as well. :) 

I also like pets, so if you have pets, it's also ok for me. 

Just mail me if you are looking for a roommate,as I do not have any italian contact info so far. 

BTW, for the room, I have 3 preferences:

1. rent max. 400 euro incld. bills.

2. nearby Bologna BSS or at least convenient public transportation to go there.

3. private room - coz private space for me is very important.
