International student at Bologna University, looking to rent a single room in a shared apartment

Hi,

I am an international student at the University of Bologna and I am looking to rent a single room in a shared apartment. It should be in a decent neighbourhood and I would prefer it if smoking was allowed on the premises. WiFi is a must, since I am a student. I would also like access to the kitchen, and it would be ideal if the building had an elevator since I have luggage and books with me.
